Pediatrician (Wacksman) and Businessman (Crary) Helped Sex Offender (Duncan)???

Joe Crary, wrote a check for his 15K bail (not bondsman -- 15,000!), He describes his relationship with this sicko as....."We both enjoyed biking on the bike trails in Fargo and we became acquaintances."

This is the SECOND professional to assist him....Dr. Richard Wacksman, a pediatrician who once lived in Fargo and worked at MeritCare Hospital, told police he gave $6,500 to Duncan before his first court hearing to help with attorney fees. In 1997, Wacksman asked a prison board in Washington to allow Duncan to be released to live at Wacksman's home in Harwood, N.D., just north of Fargo. The board members, who were considering whether to send Duncan back to prison for parole violations, rejected the proposal, saying they wouldn't "expose his children to that kind of risk," prison records show.

A pediatrician who befriends a violent-sex offender -- then asks to be released to live in his home..... and they didn't because the board of Washington wouldnt "expose his children to that kind of risk"...... not to mention gives this monster 6500.00.

SO WHY WOULD SOMEONE BE SO WILLING TO FREE A SEX OFFENDER, BY GIVING THEM OVER 21,000 -- WHAT ARE THESE GUYS MOTIVATION IN THIS?????? I HOPE SOMEONE IS INVESTIGATING THIS TWO.
