Here are the heartwarming (sarcasm, hello???) details of how distraught his "chomo" (child molester) buddy was while ratting his chomo friend and roommate out......

Documents reveal how friend helped build molest case

Frederick Everts was sobbing as he was ratting out his pedophile buddy, Dean Schwartzmiller, to police last month. He said he'd tried to protect two 12-year-old cousins from Schwartzmiller, his accused accomplice in the sexual abuse of the San Jose boys. The molestations were not his fault, Everts told police.

Yes, Everts admitted, he'd tried to molest a 3-year-old boy while they shared a bath at the San Jose home he lived in with Schwartzmiller, a police report said.

TRIED????? A 3 YEAR OLD!!!!!!! -- Ohhhhh but woe is he for "ratting" out his "friend" ..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!

That got investigators' attention. But they were really interested in hearing more about Schwartzmiller, 63, who may turn out to be one of the most prolific child molesters in history.

In court documents, police reveal how they recited Miranda rights to Everts -- who was picked up for jumping parole in Oregon -- and used him to build their case against the man who allegedly logged more than 36,000 entries in seven spiral-bound journals about his abusive exploits.

Schwartzmiller's arrest last month has triggered numerous calls to San Jose police from across the country, as investigators try to trace the serial sex offender's path since he was sent to prison in Oregon in 1993 for sodomizing a 15-year-old boy.

The latest charges stem from his relationship over the last two years with a pair of boys he lured into a friendship with sleepovers, video games, foosball and other toys at his Vineyard Drive home, police say.

In one instance, court records show, one of the San Jose boys woke up to find his shorts drawn down. He asked Schwartzmiller, records show, why that'd happened. Schwartzmiller told the boy his cat had crawled into the child's sleeping bag and pulled down his underwear, the boy told police. And Schwartzmiller added that he only reached into the boy's bag to pull out the cat. The boy didn't believe him.

What is still not known is why police reports name two more boy victims -- including the 3-year-old whom Everts admitted to attempting to molest -- while prosecutors have not charged Schwartzmiller or Everts for those alleged attacks. Steve Fein, the Santa Clara County attorney prosecuting the case, had no comment Saturday.

Meanwhile, members of Schwartzmiller's family said they haven't had any contact with him for years.

His cousin Jack Schwartzmiller, who last saw the accused man in the 1950s when both were just boys, said the crimes he has been accused of are something no one in the family ever talks about.

There was nothing about Dean Schwartzmiller's upbringing that was unusual, his cousin said. Jack Schwartzmiller learned of his cousin's latest run-in with the law while listening to radio news.

``I said, `Well, he got himself into more trouble.' I figured he probably went straight after that Idaho deal. I didn't know about those other states or anything. I don't know why they keep letting him out of jail. I mean, New York, Brazil, Idaho, Oregon, Washington -- come on, law enforcement, duh.''

Attorney Gets 90 Days For Sex Abuse Of 14 Year Old

WTF.... After all we have seen, all the "talk" of tougher laws -- and then this......

A Utah attorney who enticed and then had sex with a 14-year-old boy nearly two years ago when he knew he was HIV positive was sentenced Wednesday to probation and 90 days in jail.

Howard P. Johnson, 51, was charged with two counts of first-degree forcible sodomy and one count of a second-degree felony of enticing a minor over the Internet. He pleaded guilty to lesser charges of a third-degree felony of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and a class A misdemeanor of enticing a minor over the Internet in exchange for the dismissal of a first-degree felony sodomy charge.

Defense attorney John Caine said that 3rd District Judge Timothy Hanson didn't see Johnson as a predator.


"Mr. Johnson was not out trying to find someone," Caine said. "This young man was equally patrolling the Internet."

Johnson was also sentenced to 36 months probation and 100 hours of community service. "It's going to be a difficult sentence for him," Amann said. "He's in jail for 90 days, he's probably going to be disbarred, he'll have to register as a sex offender and he'll have to go through treatment."

Sex Offender Caught After Stabbing His 12 Yr. Old Daughter And Leaving Her For Dead

I am sure many of you had seen coverage of this manhunt on the news this last week -- his victim (his daughter) was found at an Idaho campsite last week, barely hanging onto life after the convicted sex offender allegedly raped, then repeatedly stabbed her.

It is very sad when the very ones that are there to protect you, turn out to the be the very monsters that are preying on their own. Bad enough ANOTHER sex offender, but how can someone be let out after hurting a child who is capable of this..... this poor little girl -- another life that is forever changed -- her own father!!!!!!

WALLACE, Idaho - A sex offender sought for a week in the near-fatal stabbing of his 12-year-old daughter has been arrested, a Shoshone County sheriff's dispatcher said Wednesday.

Getting My Kids Ready For School!!!

Sorry, about the delay in posting -- not that there has been a lack of views, or absurd news to comment on but this is going to one of the few personal postings that I have to share.

Doesn’t it seem (or I am getting to old to remember) -- kids start school earlier and earlier each year. Now I am not THAT old, but I remember it being the end of August, beginning of September -- These days they start back the beginning to middle August! Those of you with school age kids, I am sure this is not news to you!

In the past, this time of year -- I am getting one kid ready for school… buying clothes (which now with a teenager is an ordeal in itself), supplies, haircuts, paying for school fees, filling out registration, etc. But for those of you that know me personally, know that this year I am getting 4 kids ready!!!! I have one that is a teenager going into 8th grade, 1 that will be 6 in November (which means she missed the Kindergarten cut-off last year), and twins that will be 5 on August 26th (which means the just make the cut off this year). Not only has this been the most chaotic couple of weeks (not to mention expensive!!!), but so exciting, and so sad.

My babies are growing up, I can’t believe that they are all going to be in school this next month. So if I am MIA from updating daily -- that is where I am, getting prepared to watch my little ones take the plunge! And my oldest on continue to grow as an intelligent, beautiful, and independent woman! I am very blessed (as much as I do bitch about it!)

After Mexican police arrested Rodrigo Cervantes Zavala, 34, Monday afternoon near the resort town of Puerto Vallarta, in Jalisco, they soon made a discovery close to Acosta's heart: Bryan Cervantes, 18 months, and Jennifer Cervantes, 3, in a nearby house.

Acosta will travel to Mexico today by commercial jet to be reunited with her children, and the three will probably be flown home later today, Arpaio said.

Arpaio said warrants involving three murders and kidnapping had been issued for Cervantes Zavala, who was being held by police near the city. Extradition proceedings begin immediately to bring him back to the United States for trial. U.S. authorities would probably have to waive the possibility of a death sentence because Cervantes Zavala is a Mexican citizen and the country doesn't have capital punishment, Arpaio said.

A number of sources working various aspects of the case said more evidence was found in the Jeep. The items include a GPS unit that tied him to the remote camping spot, McKenzie's wallet and a camcorder used by Duncan to film himself abusing Dylan and Shasta Groene during their weeks of captivity in the Lolo National Forest.

Source say Duncan also used the camcorder to film what appear to be several attempts to kill the children. Each time, however, some gesture
or action by the children would stop him. In one apparent attempt to slay Dylan, the boy — who was bound and gagged and unable to wiggle little more than his hands — flashed the "I love you" sign to his sister.

9-year-old Dylan Groene, was later killed with a shotgun (a fourth murder charge is likely to be filed in
federal court) and his body burned in a remote part of a Montana forest late last month.

I hope everyone reads this and that the LE gives every sick
detail of the horror that Dylan and Shasta (and their mother, Mark McKenzie, and brother - Slade) -- at the hands of this monster (duncan). New Details - Groene Case - My Heart Goes Out For Shasta and Her Family

This poor family -- I can't imagine going through this at my age, let alone this poor 8 year old. Seriously, I didn't think it could get worse then what we already knew and assumed happened. What a sick F@@@!

Shasta's ordeal began when she heard her mother call her into the living room early on the morning of May 16, according to authorities. There, she told investigators, she saw Duncan wearing dark gloves and holding a shotgun.

Her mother, brother Slade and McKenzie were bound with zip-ties and duct tape.

Duncan then bound her and Dylan and left them on the ground outside near a swing set. Shasta said she heard McKenzie yell out several times, and at one point they saw Slade stagger, bloody and incoherent, out of the home.

Maskell said Duncan bragged to the girl about killing her family with a hammer and showed it to her.

And after this information, I will be sleeping a little bit less -- I can't tell you the feeling of inability I felt in protecting MY family, this guy HUNTED them like prey!!!!!

"(Duncan) told her he watched her two or three days, and at night would peer inside the home," Detective Brad Maskell told the judge, according to records from a closed-door probable cause hearing Tuesday. The records say he used night-vision goggles to learn the home's layout before bursting in."

Amber Alert Issued For Two Children Missing In Wake Of Triple Murder

Here Is the story...

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for
two children who are missing from the Queen Creek home where the bodies of their grandparents and uncle were found.

Investigators said they believe Bryan Cervantes, 18 months, and
Jennifer Cervantes, 3 1/2, are with their father, Rodrigo Cervantes Zavala.

The sheriff's office is calling Cervantes Zavala, 34, an investigative lead in the killings. The victims are the parents of the children's mother and one of her brothers.

Sheriff's investigators said neighbors have told them that Cervantes
Zavala has threatened the family in the past, but detectives have not determined the nature of those threats.

According to investigators, Cervantes Zavala might be a Mexican national......., here illegally.

WHOA!!!!! My mind at this point came to a racing halt -this is the exact way he was described on the live newscast I was watching --- Might be a "Mexican National" -- SO HE WAS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN, come on people say it with me! He was here illegally, this should not have happened...... WHY... because he should not have even been here!!!!!

They believe he might be heading toward the Mexican border in one of two vehicles -- a 1998 white Ford F150 pickup truck or a 1993 green Buick Regal. Both vehicles have Arizona license plates. The truck's plate number is 866-NMZ; the Buick's plate number is 709-SDW.

Well, what this leaves out, that the newscast didn't was the fact that they knew all this info on his vehicles (I mean since he is not even supposed to be here, right?) That is because both are registered in ARIZONA to him, legally! -- How does that happen????

Also, they warned in the newscast -- that he also has been convicted of two felonies or that he has warrants on two felonies -- wasn't sure which -- so I checked it out. So why was he not deported while he was in their custody or after he served time/whatever sentence -- or did he cross back over afterward.....

......IF you have a daughter, even a niece, sister, etc -- Close your eyes and think about the last time you held her, the last time you watch her be a "child" -- Now, run the following scenario's through your mind -- but instead of it being "someone'" Else's child -- picture your child experiencing, suffering, being tortured....

• She was awakened at her home, then watched her Mother, Mother's Fiance, and her older 13-year old brother being tied up. Possibly even been made to watch them be bludgeoned to death (know being told it they were beaten to death by a hammer.)
• Then her and her other brother (only by 1year -- 8 and 9 year old) are bound and placed in a pick up truck.
• Transferred to a stolen jeep and then held captive at the first of three campsites. -- Not visual enough?????
• Here is what she endured for a month and a half -- Vast, thickly veiled forest in remote northwestern Montana, her brother and her are kept in this rugged national forest, camping at two or more remote sites. One of the Montana's most rugged, a labyrinth of dirt trails and old logging roads, many leading to nowhere.
• The sense of physical isolation is instant.One of the suspected campsites is nothing more than a small clearing where the road dead ends, bordered by towering ponderosa pines and a steep ravine. It is about an hour's drive from ANY civilization.

Not bad enough?

• Her and her brother are repeatedly molested by this animal.
• She had to not only endure this hell, she also had to watch her brother being molested as well
• Then possibly watched as her brother was then killed and left

Crying, YET -- I have 4 little girls and I can't even for a second, think what this child has had to endure -- Here is another child, no wait -- family that was made to suffer, and will continue to suffer and it should have never happened -- ONCE AGAIN -- A SEX OFFENDER -- that should have been locked away years ago.....

I am sure you have read the headlines -- maybe even read his blog, as I have..... If not, I urge you to look at his history, and tell me why he was not locked up and not allowed to hurt our children.

I certainly do not want to wake up tonight and even for one second contemplate "what if my child is next" -- but what if it is yours or mine..... Unless we force the Governors, Legislatures, and hold accountable the Judges, then we are not doing what we need to do.

I am so happy that they found Shasta and Dylan. I really have all along felt that they were alive, however, I am in disbelief -- never thought that this would be yet another case involving a monster who preys on children.

How many children are going to have to be preyed upon, before WE do something or pressure our elected officals to protect our babies -- instead of the rights of a sex offender -- I truly believe that this is a mental illness, not something that you can habilitate (sp) for. Once they choose to commit a sexual offense (against our children) -- they need to not ever be put back on our streets. I can't imagine the hell that they babies saw -- and then endured. Clint Van Zant had said something when he was covering the Hobbs story and referring to Jerry Hobbs (who recently murdered his daughter and her friend)

It is time that we protect our children! I post about this weekly on my blog site and it is scary just how many cases in a week of sex offenders recommitting and ruining another life -- those poor children.
